The Toby Wells Foundation provided a Western outdoor afternoon of fun for the San Diego Chapter of the Voices for Children organization. This special event began with a picnic lunch followed by an exciting array of festivities including a carnival, pony rides, limousine rides around the neighborhood, a make-up artist and application station for our teen girls, and drew to a close with our raffle drawing and dancing. The Toby Wells Foundation is not only committed to providing financial support but also believes strongly in honoring the courage and spirit of the many foster children benefiting from the support of Voices for Children through special events such as this.
